‘Kill Again’s Island’ Will Return to Murder at the Mansion’s Dessert Theater in Gaithersburg on July 15-16

Per Montgomery County:
Gaithersburg’s Arts on the Green and A Taste for Murder Productions present “Kill Again’s Island,” an interactive murder mystery complete with clues and a buffet of delectable sweet treats on Friday, July 15 (8 p.m.), and Saturday, July 16 (2 and 8 p.m.). The performances will be at the historic Kentlands Mansion, located at 320 Kent Square Rd. in Gaithersburg.

Attendees are invited to dress in island attire for a chance to win a prize. This event is recommended for those 15 and older. Purchase tickets online here.

The mystery is set on Kihiliikin Island, a small archipelago in the Pacific Ocean occupied by an eclectic collection of souls. One day a wave deposits a lost surfer on the beach and washes away their daily routines. Soon the island’s tranquility is submerged and tempests brew in every heart. Will the island return to its fantasy or will paradise be lost forever?

Murder at the Mansion Dessert Theater features the talents of A Taste for Murder Productions, provider of professional interactive mystery theater performances throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. Artistic Director and Founder Laura W. Andruski has more than 20 years of experience performing for live audiences. The repertory company features the very best local and regional actors.

Admission is $35 for a single ticket and $60 for two. It includes a dessert buffet and non-alcoholic beverages. A cash bar is available for those 21 and older. Photo ID required for alcohol sales.

Tickets can be purchased online or by calling the Arts Barn Box Office at 301-258-6394. For more information, visit gaithersburgmd.gov.

The Arts on the Green Theater series is funded in part by a grant from the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC). To discover more about MSAC grants and how they impact Maryland’s arts sector, visit www.msac.org.
