Kentlands Photography Cafe Announces Temporary Closure of Physical Space

The Kentlands Photography Cafe opened for retail business starting on December 14th, 2021. Less than a year later, the cafe has announced a temporary closure of its physical space due to sudden and unfortunate circumstances.

The venue has served as a photography gallery, cafe, photography bookstore, wine bar, as well as a space for classes and lectures. The full message, posted by the cafe, can be seen below:

“Dear Friends and Patrons,
The Kentlands Photography Café opened its doors this time last year, and from the very beginning has been a product of your love and support. Together, we’ve created a warm and welcoming space to meet, to work, to dine, to toast, to learn, to relax, and to be creative. Most importantly, we built a space that is truly for the community.
Due to sudden and unfortunate circumstances, we have had to close the doors of our physical space for the time being. We hope you’ll continue to support us as we transition the art, books, and wine online. We also plan to continue our wine tastings and art events as pop-ups in various neighborhood locations.
Rest assured, it is our goal to welcome you back into the café with open arms in the near future!
In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or requests you may have, and to use our online site for any Holiday Shopping. We appreciate the support!“
