Montgomery County Police tweeted the following at 7:21am on Tuesday, September 26: “A traffic collision has East Village Ave. closed between Heritage Farm Dr. and Plum Creek Dr. Expect significant delays. Drivers are advised to seek an alternate route.”
According to Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services Pete Piringer, the
