A serious traffic crash has closed all lanes of southbound I-270 at Middlebrook Road, according to Alert Montgomery.
According to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service, a driver was rescued after becoming trapped inside an overturned Tesla following a crash on northbound I-270 at Shady Grove Road in Rockville late Thursday night.
