(Located) Missing 12-Year-Old Last Seen Driving a Blue Hyundai Tucson on Wednesday Night

Update: Kimora Neal has been located safe and unharmed. 
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kimora Neal, a missing 12-year-old.

Kimora Neal was last seen on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at approximately 8 p.m., driving a blue Hyundai Tucson, bearing Maryland license plate 1FA6234, northbound on New Hampshire Ave. at Heartsfields Dr. in Silver Spring. She is 5’6″, 130 Ibs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black crop top and grey leggings.
