Construction has begun at The Clarks Lodge Bar & Grill– the restaurant that signed on to move into the old GrillMarx space at 12011 Snowden Farm Pkwy in Clarksburg.
The Clarks Lodge is owned by the same restaurant group behind The Creek Lodge, which opened at 5566 Norbeck Rd in October 2022, as well as Brews & Barrels in Gaithersburg’s Kentlands neighborhood. The menu is expected to be similar to that of The Creek Lodge and feature a selection of steaks, seafood, pasta, and a full bar (a sneak peek can be seen below).
GrillMarx Clarksburg, which in recent years was not affiliated with the other GrillMarx locations in Olney and Columbia, opened in 2013 and closed this past June. The Clarks Lodge is hoping to open in early February and is currently hiring for all positions at www.clarkslodge.com
