Per MCPD: ” Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police-2nd District Patrol Investigations Unit have obtained a composite sketch of a suspect who sexually assaulted one woman and assaulted and attempted to rob a second woman, on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
Detectives have released the composite sketch of the suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.

The victim reported that at approximately 9:45 p.m., she was walking her dog at the intersection of Woodglen Dr. and Executive Blvd., when she observed the unknown suspect walking toward her. The victim stopped to let her dog play in the grass, when the suspect sexually assaulted the victim. The suspect then rode off on an electric scooter, westbound on Executive Blvd.

At approximately 10:15 p.m., 2nd District officers received a call for an assault that just occurred on the Bethesda Trolly Trail. The victim stated that she was walking along the trail when she saw the suspect sitting on the bench. The suspect began talking to the victim and at some point, he attempted to grab the victim’s purse and assaulted her. The suspect then left the area on an electric scooter toward Tuckerman Ln. without obtaining any property from the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
