Santa’s 2023 Schedule and Holiday Parades/Celebrations

Courtesy of the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department

Santa may be visiting your neighborhoods as fire departments across the county will be guiding Santa through some of the places listed below. There are also other holiday parades/celebrations listed and we’ll continue to add to this list as we get additional information:

Cabin John Park Volunteer Fire Department: It’s been a CJP tradition for more than 40 years. Starting Thursday, Dec. 7, our fire engine, reworked as Santa’s Sleigh with flashing lights and joyful music and Santa perched atop, will roll down the streets of every neighborhood where CJPVFD is the designated first responder.

The schedule below shows when Santa and his helpers will pass through your neighborhood. They will head out at 6 p.m. Follow them on the Santa Tracker at cjpvfd.org. Santa will gladly accept donations of new, unwrapped toys along the way. Or you can drop them off at either of our stations, Station 10 on River Rd. or Station 30 on Falls Rd. Put them in the box outside the door.

Presents will go to the National Center for Children and Families in Bethesda, and, in partnership with the Montgomery County Police, the Scotland Drive Community Association. Be sure to check this page or cjpvfd.org for weather-related changes.
