Police Investigating Theft From Kohl’s


Per MCPD:
“Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Patrol Investigations Unit are investigating a theft that occurred on Thursday, October 30, 2023, at the Kohl’s store in the 3900 block of Aspen Hill Road in Silver Spring. Detectives have released surveillance photos of the male suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.  

At approximately 3 p.m., 4th District officers responded to the location for the report of a theft.  The investigation by detectives has revealed that at approximately 3 p.m., an adult male suspect entered the store, stole an undisclosed amount of merchandise and left the scene.

Detectives reviewed the surveillance video of the store and obtained a description of the suspect. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 6-feet tall, with a thin build. He appears to have permanent injury to one eye and is currently wearing his hair in long locs. He is carrying a large duffle bag and is wearing a gray beanie cap, a green coat, green pants, a blue neck gaiter and black and yellow gloves.
