Rockville’s Ally Services Acquires Two Maryland Home Service Companies

Rockville-based Ally Services has announced the completion of two add-on acquisitions. In November, Ally acquired two Maryland-based businesses- Honest Abe Home Services and East Coast Plumbing, Heating & Air for undisclosed sums.

Per BizJournals, Ally Services was created earlier this year when the company bought Rockville’s JF Plumbing & Heating and merged it with two other home services contractors in New Jersey that it had also acquired. Per Ally Services, “These acquisitions provide Ally with enhanced scale and capacity throughout Maryland and Delaware, as well as expand Ally’s existing geographical footprint. Ally now services the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Southern Delaware, and Baltimore.”
