Danny Rubin of WashUrban tells us that Teazzi Tea Shop will open its first DMV location in Bethesda, taking over the space that was recently home to ‘Dim Sum & Bubble Tea’ and Class 520 before that at 4941 Elm St.
The tea shop’s slogan is “Keep Calm and Drink Tea” and their seasonally rotating drinks include a purple rice and red bean latte, or a brown sugar ginger tea. Year-round signature drinks at the store include a strawberry four seasons milk tea, a taro latte, brown sugar tapioca latter, or a honey oolong lemonade. You can check out their full menu online. The shop will also offer a variety of oolong teas and green teas.
An opening date is not yet available, but signage has gone up on the windows and construction has begun on the interior.
