Portion of Wheaton Shopping Center Sold For $4.2 Million

A portion of a Wheaton shopping center (11226 and 1130 Georgia Avenue) has been purchased by “1633 Wisconsin Avenue LLC” for $4.2 million.

According to a report by Maryland Newsletters, the purchase includes two retail spaces facing Georgia Avenue and an office building occupied by Park & Planning. The shopping center is located near Reedie Dr., along the same strip as the longtime Wheaton Dunkin’ and on the front side of the longtime home of Marchone’s/Filippo’s, which was also recently sold.
