A Potomac home that contains a living tree inside of a Zen garden within the home was featured on the popular Instagram account @ZillowGoneWild earlier this week.
The home, which was listed for just over a month and is currently contingent, is located at 8904 Iron Gate Ct. in Potomac. It was listed for a price of $2.45 million, but the sale price won’t be known until after the sale goes through.
More than 1.8 million people follow the @ZillowGoneWild Instagram account that features a collection of zany Zillow real estate. The account is so popular it’s inspired a new HGTV show that is slated to premiere in early 2024.
The 7,621 SF Potomac home that was featured sits on a 2.04 acre lot and has five bedrooms to go along with 4.5 bathrooms. In addition to the indoor Zen garden, the home has “high ceilings, walls-of-windows, an invisible fence, and exquisite architectural details and a California contemporary allure.” Other interesting features include a speakeasy walk-in pantry and a second sunk-in living room with a built-in bar that is a throwback to the 70s.
