
Gaithersburg Police responded to the report of shots fired on Wednesday evening in Gaithersburg.
According to police, “On January 31, 2024 at 6:53 p.m., police responded to the 700 block of Clopper Road for the report of the sounds of shots. Preliminary investigation revealed that an unknown individual discharged a firearm towards another person with a round ending up in the wall of an apartment. No one was injured inside or outside of the apartment. Evidence of a shooting was found.
