Montgomery County Police responded to reports of shots fired on Monday, February 26, at approximately 6:30pm in Germantown.
According to police, “5th District officers responded to the 19700 block of Crystal Rock Dr. for the report of a suspicious situation. Officers determined a non-contact shooting occurred and located evidence of a shooting near the scene.
No victims have been reported. No suspects are in custody at this time. This is an active and ongoing investigation.”

Delayed Post (sorry) Germantown Shots Fired: ~6:30PM Monday along Crystal Rock Drive near The Hamptons at Town Center. (Germantown/Montgomery County, MD). Callers were reporting shots fired, possibly 2 shooters. MCP 5th District Officers found evidence of shots fired in the area.
