Weather: Another “Stuck in the Middle” Week

Williamsburg Village in Olney by @DronifyDMV

Weather is pretty unpredictable in our area week to week and even day to day. The last week or two, we’ve been kind of stuck in the middle as winter has come to an end and we enter spring. Temperatures are about average, but it’s not necessarily warm or cold. Another one of those “stuck in the middle” weeks can be expected this week.

High temperatures are expected to be in the mid to upper 50s for most of the week with a mixed bag of sun, clouds, and rain expected for the week.

Monday, we should get to the upper 50s with plenty of sunshine. Tuesday will be fairly similar with highs in the mid to upper 50s and maybe a couple clouds, but otherwise sunny day. Wednesday is likely to bring some rain into the area with the possibility of it sticking around through at least part of Thursday and temperatures reaching the mid 50s. Friday is expected to be sunny with highs nearing 60°.

The weekend, though a little far off, may bring temps in the lower 60s with sun for now with next week looking fairly similar to this week as we enter April. The second week of April looks to bring in some warmer temperatures, as we’ll be firmly into spring.
