Police Investigating Church Burglary and Vandalism


Montgomery County Police has released images of three suspects who allegedly broke into and vandalized a Wheaton church.

Per the news release:   Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three male suspects who allegedly burglarized and vandalized the Wheaton Community Church. Detectives have released surveillance photos of the suspects.

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at approximately 3:19 p.m., 4th District officers responded to the 3200 block of Paul Dr. for the report of a burglary that occurred earlier.

The preliminary investigation by detectives has determined that the suspects broke into the church overnight and vandalized the church with a fire extinguisher.

Detectives have obtained surveillance photos of the suspects.
