Flipside Gastro To Go, a local food truck that served hot chicken sandwiches, burgers, wings, fries and poutine, has announced its last day in service will be Saturday, April 27.
Flipside made the announcement on its social media accounts on Friday, April 26: “It is with heavy hearts that we say thank you so much for all the support these past few years. But this Saturday will be our last shift, please join us at Olney days at 3 PM. There will be tons of food games and fireworks for all the family. Again, thank you so much for your support. We love you and it was a pleasure to serve you all!❤️”
When the truck opened in April 2021, owner Chef Charles Aliano told us, “we love to collaborate with our breweries and wineries to feature some of their beers/wine in our food. For example we make beer batter for the poutine and the onion rings. Sooooo good!”
