The Grove Potomac to Temporarily Close; Set to Reopen Later This Week with a New Menu and Concept

The Grove, located at 7747 Tuckerman Ln. in Potomac’s Cabin John Village, has announced it will be temporarily closing on Sunday, April 28 and will be unveiling a new menu and concept on Friday, May 3.

The restaurant posted the following message on its Instagram account Sunday evening: “Thank you for your patience with us this week! We will be TEMPORARILY closing our doors to prepare for the unveiling of a new menu and concept at The Grove. We’re looking forward to taking you on a new culinary adventure!”

The Grove opened this past November in the space that was recently home to Lahinch, with aspirations to become Montgomery County’s first Michelin Star restaurant. The Grove’s original menu was described as Mediterranean that was primarily Iberian (Spain) with hints of Greece, Italy, and Morocco.

We will provide an update when additional information becomes available.
