Police Searching for Suspect Accused of Stealing From Amazon Fresh on 36 Separate Occasions

Montgomery County Police has released surveillance images of a suspect who has allegedly stolen approximately $7,000 in merchandise from the Amazon Fresh store at 5463 Wisconsin Ave in Chevy Chase.

Per the news release: Officers from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Patrol Services Bureau are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect who has stolen from the Amazon Fresh in 5400 block of Wisconsin Ave., in Chevy Chase.

Between October 2023 and April 18, 2024, the suspect has allegedly stolen approximately $7,000 in merchandise, from the Amazon Fresh, on 36 separate occasions. Detectives have released surveillance photos of the suspect. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
