Two new restaurants from Metropolitan Hospitality Group (MHG) are expected to open at The Collection at Chevy Chase in the fourth quarter of 2026, marking the locally owned restaurant group’s first expansion into Maryland. They’ll be replacing the recently closed Junction Bistro, Bar, and Bakery and The Hunter’s Hound.
If you have ever tried to park at a busy shopping center in Montgomery County, chances are you have had a frustrating experience. The Hunter’s Hound, located at 5471 Wisconsin Ave. in Chevy Chase, will close permanently on Thursday, September 3, nearly five years after opening in December 2021.
