On Thursday afternoon, The Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center (MCASAC) shared that they will be closed to the public until further notice.
Per MCASAC on social media: “We regret to share that the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center will be CLOSED to the public at this time until further notice. We sincerely apologize, and hope to see you all again soon. More information coming soon!”
The MCASAC website states the following: “Effective immediately: the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center is closed to the public due to an outbreak of Canine Influenza. Do not bring stray animals to the center at this time. More information to come.”
