Kabab 2 Go,
a family owned and operated restaurant from Charlotte North Carolina, will be a part of Solaire Social. The upcoming food hall is located on the ground floor of the Solaire 8200 apartments at 8200 Dixon Ave in Silver Spring. A soft opening will take place for residents in May with an opening to the public planned for early June.

Per Kabab 2 Go, “the Soufi Brothers established in Tripoli-Lebanon their first Lebanese restaurant in 1951. They offered a variety of authentic Lebanese Mezze and grilled Kabab. In 1958 they introduced for the first time in the city Shawarma meat sandwiches and plates with Lebanese spices followed that up with Chicken Shawarma in 1959.

The unique taste of the Soufi’s recipes helped the business to grow into several branches in the city and made the name exist until today as one of the most prominent Lebanese fast food restaurants in the country. Kabab2go brings to America a tradition that started 70 years ago offering the authentic Lebanese cuisine taste, using the best ingredients.”
