
Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda was evacuated following a small fire at approximately 10:30am on Tuesday morning.
According to public safety reporter Cordell Pugh, there was a small fire within the school building. There were no injuries and all students, staff, and visitors are safe.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) and school administration are coordinating next steps.
