The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has announced that the Special Operations Division will be conducting training in the 700 block of Radnor Road in Bethesda between 12 and 2 p.m. today. Area residents may hear loud noises, however, there is no need for concern, according to a social media post by the department.
