An amendment to Schematic Development Plan application ASDP-9825-2024 has been filed requesting to construct 297 unit multi-family building on the corner of Quince Orchard Rd and Great Seneca Highway.
Previously, on November 19, 2018, the Mayor and City Council approved Schematic Development Plan application SDP-7362-2017 for a 365-unit multi-family building at the site that is next to the Colonnade condominiums and would knock down the building that was previously home to Famous Dave’s and Diya Bistro.
