Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the 10900blk of Roundtable Ct in Rockville on Wednesday, June 12, for the report of a house fire.
According to Assistant Chief with MCFRS David Pazos, the fire was located on the first floor of a single family home. The single occupant was able to get out and there were no injuries reported. The Red Cross has been contacted for the displaced residents.
Pazos tweeted, “MCFRS was dispatched at 4:20pm today for an automatic home fire alarm via home monitoring system. Upon arrival, crews found fire on the first floor and requested additional resources. Single occupant at home uninjured. 1 dog rescued from 2nd floor.”
