Brew Belly at 18065 Georgia Ave in Olney has announced it will be holding its annual “Cheesesteak Eating Contest” on Thursday, July 4. The winner of the contest will win free cheesesteaks from the restaurant for one year.
In addition to the eating competition, Brew Belly will also be hosting a dog adoption and fundraising event with Knine Rescue Inc.
Per Brew Belly: “It’s that time of the year again!! We’re hosting our ANNUAL CHEESESTEAK EATING CONTEST where the fastest participant to finish a 2lb Wiz Wit will WIN FREE CHEESESTEAKS FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR This year, we’ve chosen @kninerescueinc as our charity recipient! The best part? We’re hosting a DOG ADOPTION EVENT and they’re bringing pups here who are looking to find their forever families! Join us from 11am-3pm for a Fourth of July full of delicious craft beer, fun competition, and dogs!
