A $475,000 permit has been issued for the interior construction of the upcoming Starbucks at White Oak Town Center (12345 Columbia Pike). Construction should begin soon and stores in the shopping center could begin opening by the end of the summer.
Starbucks will be one of the tenants at the upcoming White Oak Town Center development- joining the previously signed European Wax Center, Jersey Mike’s, Inspire Nail Bar, Dave’s Hit Chicken, Oak Barrel & Vine, and a grocery store tenant that has not yet been confirmee. Opening dates are not yet available.
