MOD Pizza, a fast-casual pizza restaurant with over 500 locations nationwide, has closed its location at 12027 Rockville Pike (Montrose Crossing). The closure comes approximately three months after the Kentlands location closed.
Earlier this year, MOD Pizza announced its Downtown Silver Spring location at 909 Ellsworth Dr Suite B106 in Silver Spring would not be reopening after closing in the summer of 2023 due plumbing issues.
The restaurant is listed as permanently closed on Google and is no longer listed on the MOD Pizza website. The closing of the Rockville location means the closest MOD Pizza restaurants are now in Frederick, Columbia, and Riverdale Park depending on where in MoCo you’re located.
