Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision on the inner loop of I-495, between Connecticut Ave. and Georgia Ave. near the Seminary Rd overpass at approximately 3:30am on Saturday morning.
Per MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, the collision involved three vehicles and trapped at least one person inside of one of the vehicles. One person was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and some lanes were temporarily blocked, but have all since reopened.
