Stone Ridge shared the following on social media:
“What a week for our SR Swimming alumnae! With an incredibly strong showing at the US Swimming Olympic Trials in Indianapolis, Katie Ledecky ʼ15, Phoebe Bacon ʼ20, and Erin Gemmell ʼ23 all earned spots to represent Team USA at the Paris Olympics next month. Katie, Phoebe, and Erin, we are so proud of you! In total, only 20 women were named to the 2024 US Women’s Swimming Olympic Team. With SR alumnae earning three of those spots, 15% of the 2024 Women’s Swimming Olympic Team is composed of Stone Ridge Gators!”
