Dave & Buster’s officially opened its Rio location at 9811 Washingtonian Blvd in Gaithersburg in July 2019. The restaurant/entertainment center has just celebrated five years and will be getting approximately $700K in upgrades/renovations.
Back in February 2018, we reported that Dave & Buster’s executed a lease at 9811 Washingtonian Boulevard for the 38,749 SF space that was home to Sport & Health. A little over a year later, the company was celebrating the opening of its newest Montgomery County location about a year and a half after the Downtown Silver Spring location opened.
Management confirmed the upcoming renovations, which are expected to begin soon and will not affect service at Dave & Buster’s.
