Banana Republic will close its Montgomery Mall location at 7101 Democracy Blvd Suite 2054 on July 17th, according to a representative from the store.
Banana Republic has a factory store location at the Clarksburg Premium Outlets that will remain open. The clothing retailer is owned by Gap, which will remain at the mall through its Gap and Gap Kids stores in the upper level by Nordstrom.
Gap also owns Old Navy, which will remain open in the mall and Athleta, which has a Montgomery County location at 1661 Rockville Pike in Congressional Plaza. Banana Republic is currently offering various sales on products ahead of the store closing.
