The Maryland-National Capital Park Police are investigating several reports of indecent conduct that took place on Sunday, July 14, 2024, between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. on the Sligo Creek Trail, between Jackson Road to Flower Avenue in Takoma Park.
According to Park Police, “Three female joggers were approached by a male suspect who was masturbating. The joggers were able to scare off the suspect, who ran off along the trail. The Park Police have increased patrol in the area.
Suspect Description: The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 17-23 years of age, white t-shirt, black and red basketball shorts, and a blue Disney Lilo and Stitch bucket-style hat similar to these:
