Earlier this summer, the Association of Vietnamese Americans awarded $1,000 scholarships to two MCPS students at its annual academic awards ceremony for their excellence in academic performance, leadership skills and community involvement. The honorees were: Diana Vo of Springbrook High School and Linh K. Nguyen of Walter Johnson High School.
