The 8-acre corn maze since has been growing since 2006 at the Maryland Corn Maze, which is the largest farm parcel left in Anne Arundel County (389 Gambrills Rd., Gambrills, MD). This year, the corn maze will have a Taylor Swift theme.
According to WBAL, this year’s Taylor Swift-themed maze will be “showcasing a 300-foot guitar, friendship bracelets, musical notes, oversized hands forming a heart shape and more.” Weekend One will take place on September 14-15 and the maze will run until Weekend Eight from Friday, November 1-Sunday, November 3.
The Corn Maze suggests to bring your phone to participate in the game in the maze. This year, as you travel through the maze trying to find your way, there will be posts to find and some fun along with each one as you scan the QR codes. “Don’t worry… if you get lost, not only do we have our staff up in the tower watching over you but there will be plenty of staff in the maze to protect you too!”
The maze normally takes 45 minutes to an hour, but you can also be pointed towards a shorter route if you would like a less challenging version. There’s also a pumpkin patch, flashlight nights, a farm yard, and a general store if the maze isn’t your thing. Calendar and tickets available here.
