Tequila Modern Mexican, located at 11 N Washington Street in Rockville Town Center, has announced plans to open next week.
The restaurant will offer “authentic Mexican cuisine and refreshing cocktails,” taking over the space previously occupied by Trapezaria, a Greek restaurant that had been there since 2013. Tequila Modern currently operates two locations in Harrisonburg, VA, with additional locations set to open soon in Kansas and North Carolina.
Trapezaria, which opened in the summer of 2013, permanently closed on March 11, 2023.
