Bojangles returned to Maryland with its Frederick store opening on Monday at 1312 W. Patrick St. in Frederick, MD. It’s the first store back in Maryland after five locations closed in 2023, and the drive-thru line extended out into the street with some reporting the restaurant ran out of certain items. Here are what people had to say on social media, including many MoCo residents who made the trip:
• I went first thing in the morning. No line and got my Bojangles
• Lord why am I sitting in this line for some fast food fried chicken
• Its BO time baby
• It’s hard to believe that people are waiting for fast food, it will be there tomorrow next week and next month
• I was there at 7:00 this morning and was the only one in the drive thru!! We shall see if I’m patient enough to wait for dinner!
• You’d think they’re giving away free stuff, but they’re not
• Got my Bo’berry biscuits!!! Sooo goooood.
• I’m not sure why anyone’s assuming they were not prepared. The location can only stock so much food at a time.
