The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has issued a traffic advisory in Germantown for a “traffic collision has Wisteria Drive closed at Misty Meadow Terrace. Drivers are advised to seek an alternate route.”
A witness on the scene tells us that several vehicles have been struck in front of S. Christa McAuliffe Elementary School. We will provide additional information if it becomes available.
Police tells us, “At approximately 8:50 p.m., MCPD responded to the area of Wisteria Drive and Misty Meadow Terrace for the report of a traffic collision where a single vehicle struck multiple parked cars. No injuries have been reported. This is an active and ongoing investigation. No further information is available at this time.”
