Hilton Washington D.C. Rockville Hotel Sold For $33.75 Million

JLL Hotels & Hospitality group announced that it secured the sale and financing for the 315-room Hilton Washington D.C. Rockville Hotel & Executive Conference Center in Rockville, MD.

According to a report by Maryland Newsletters, Bethesda-based District Hospitality Partners purchased the 315-key hotel at 1750 Rockville Pike for $33.75 million, per MD Land Records.

The five-story atrium hotel features “all of Hilton’s flagship brand standards, including digital key access, business center, fitness center, as well as 36,934 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, making it one of the largest meeting space offerings in all of Montgomery County. In addition, all guestrooms and suites are equipped with flat-screen TVs, spacious work desks, coffee makers and mini refrigerators and microwaves available upon request.”
