The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is conducting the 2024 Rider Survey to gather feedback on the County’s bus service, which will help secure federal funding and guide future improvements to the transit system.
Per the news release: “The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is seeking the opinions of users on what they like and do not like about the County’s bus service. The 2024 Rider Survey is now available.
The survey information allows MCDOT to qualify for Federal funding to support the public transit network. Responses will help MCDOT planners understand who is using the system, will help ensure all service changes equitably benefit County residents and will inform future bus services.
