Back on October 1st, we recovered a gun (photo with the tan colored lower) and the lower half of another after a traffic stop and bail out on Bel Pre Road. The subjects made good their escape but not for long.
This past Wednesday, we found the subjects again in the same area. After a traffic stop on the ICC, a brand new gun was recovered + pressed fentanyl. In the second stop , one gun is a real privately manufactured firearm, and the other is not a firearm. 2 arrested.
On a side note, while on that traffic stop, one of our marked police cruisers was struck. Thankfully only minor damage and no injuries, but as a reminder , please move over a lane for our stopped emergency vehicles and all vehicles on the shoulder of the roadway.”
