Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Devin Isiah Herford, a missing 24-year-old.
Herford was last seen on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, in the 8600 block of Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda. He is 5-feet, 6-inches tall, 140 lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on left side of neck and on forearms. Herford was last seen wearing scrubs.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Devin Isiah Herford is asked to call Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
