Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded Thursday morning to a collision involving a school bus and a pickup truck on New Hampshire Ave at Norwood Rd in Colesville.
According to MCFRS Chief Spokesperson Pete Piringer, there were no injuries to bus passengers, and students were transferred to another bus.
Montgomery County Police issued a traffic advisory at 7:31 a.m., noting, “TRAFFIC ADVISORY – A collision involving a school bus and pickup truck has New Hampshire Ave at Norwood Rd closed. No reported injuries of students. One person in truck transported w/ minor injury. Drivers should expect delays and seek an alternate route.”
