Maryland State Police (MSP) shared via social media that all lanes of northbound I-95 at 198 were closed for a police investigation on Monday morning.
According to MSP, “Preliminarily, a 28-year-old man was shot at approx. 4:30am. He was found outside of his vehicle. The man was transported to Shock Trauma. More info pending the outcome of investigation.”
At 5:31am, the Maryland State Highway Administration shared the following: “Prince George’s County; I-95 north between exit 31A-MD 200 Intercounty Connector and exit 33A-MD 198 Sandy Spring Road; all northbound lanes remain closed. Two left-hand lanes closed southbound.”
