Rockville Town Square’s annual tree lighting ceremony ‘Tree Lighting at the Square’ will be held from 6pm-9pm on Friday, December 6 in Town Square, 200 E. Middle Lane.
Morguard, the new owner of Rockville Town Square, will be hosting the annual ‘Tree Lighting in The Square’ event. The event will feature The MoCoShow’s very own “Mr. MoCo” Alex Tsironis as emcee, a live band (King Teddy), and performances by local groups from Rockville high School, Richard Montgomery HS, Waters Landing ES, Vocal Point and Dawn Crafton Dance Connection.
Activities will include the: Tree Lighting Countdown (countdown begins at 6:45pm), Touch a Truck, Arts & Crafts, Selfies With Santa, Walking Entertainment (Stilt Walkers, Elves, Unicyclist), Local Vendors – Food & Boutiques, Ice Skating Games, Free Giveaways, and more.
