The Takoma Park Police Department has shared that on or about December 20, 2024, north and southbound traffic on Carroll Avenue will be limited to right turns only at the intersection with University Boulevard (MD 193) for approximately five weeks.
According to Takoma Park PD: “Crews will establish a work zone in the center of University Boulevard to facilitate track and utility installation. The pedestrian crossing of University Boulevard at Carroll Avenue remains open. Please follow on-site signage. Work may occur from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., weekdays and weekends, as needed.
