Beth’s, the latest addition to Bethesda’s vibrant dining scene, is set to open its doors on Friday, December 6th. Located in the heart of downtown Bethesda at 4948 Fairmont Avenue, Beth’s will specialize in casual American food and drinks in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The name Beth’s is an ode to “Bethesda,” where owners Deniz and Celal Gulluoglu live and currently own and operate ala.
The menu will focus on fresh, locally sourced produce, and classic American flavors with a contemporary twist, as well as a curated beverage program, including signature cocktails, and a selection of beers and wines. The menu includes a wide variety from the Bites section of the menu, including MD Crab Dip, Brussel Sprouts and Mac N Cheese. The expansive menu includes favorites like Tacos, and sandwiches like the Smashed Burger and Steak and Cheese. Beth’s features an industrial style, including some sketched walls.
Beth’s has 80 seats in the dining room, with an additional 20 bar seats. Covered patio seating includes seating for 30 and will feature a firepit. ala restaurant, known for its creative cooking, inspired by the colorful flavors of the Levantine region, debuted its second location back on March 1st.
