Markoff’s, popular for their annual Halloween haunt creation that has entertained visitors for years, has launched Christmas at Calleva (19120 Martinsburg Rd., Dickerson, MD). The Christmas Trail is designed to “enchant visitors of all ages” with interactive scenes inspired by the classic Christmas stories like Rudolph and The Polar Express.
The experience is referred to as a “one of a kind Christmas trail” that allows you to “immerse yourself in festive cheer.” Per Christmas at Calleva, The village hours are from 4 PM to 8 PM while the trail is from 5 PM to 8PM. The trail is self-paced, and takes roughly 15 minutes if you go slowly. Entry to the Christmas village is free. Inside the village, you’ll find free games and prizes, a craft station, visits with Santa, music, and massive bonfires. There is also a Christmas vendor market to shop and browse, as well as Christmas trees for sale.
